Terms
—EstimatesScope, timeline, and price in writing before anything starts. No charge you haven't already agreed to.
—ProjectsFixed scope, quoted upfront. 50% at kickoff, balance on completion. Larger builds split into milestones.
—HourlyInvoiced after delivery, itemized, net 15.
—RetainersMonthly, same date, amount agreed in writing. Cancel with 30 days notice. No minimum term.
—RefundsDeposits returned in full before work starts, or minus hours worked after. Billing questions get answered the same day.
—RatesQuoted per engagement. Ask and I'll give you a ballpark before you commit to anything.
—PaymentCard payments handled by Stripe. All work performed in-house, never resold or billed on behalf of anyone else.
